In most cases we either have products in stock and buy directly from the manufacturer, avoiding the middle man. In cases where a unique product is requested we source it through a limited number of local distributors with significant volume discounts.
As an authorized dealer all of our products are covered by a full manufacturing warranty, extended warranty is available, but not required. All of our installations are guaranteed for as long as you own your home or business.
What does RESTRICTIONS APPLY mean?
Not all homes are built equal. In most cases our prices allow for time to complete an installation from start to finish. In some cases due to accessibility to the installation area (attic access, walls with barriers in the middle also known as fire-block, unique fire place installations, irregular framing, and plumbing in walls) may require us to spend additional time and materials to complete the install. A good and simple example would be installing a home theater on the first floor of the two stories home. In this case we have very restricted access to the ceiling to conceal the surround sound and projector wires. This installation will most likely cost more than a standard package. Another example is installing plasma TV over fireplace but locating the cable box and receiver in the other room. This makes for a clean install, but requires longer cables, additional manpower, and special device to transmit your remote control commands to another room or closet where the equipment is located.
